Autism in the woods -  A reflection on the current state of research

After so many decades Bigfoot still goes mysteriously uncaptured, and Cryptozoologists will give reasons as varied, and colorful as the seasons that pass without solid evidence. From the no. 1 reason that, we don't find bear bones in the wilderness," to "it's just a matter of time now," and everything in between both.
A quick reality check will display the evidence that very single insect down to the smallest micron has been categorized within the greater United States, yet an alleged 800 plus lbs. lumbering beast has gone undetected for centuries now,  and perhaps even millenniums.
Common sense as well as scientific logic dictates that Murphy's law should have run it's course on the Sasquatch phenomena decades ago.
Several, or even only one should have fallen off of a ravine to an early death, or possibly had a heart attack or died from a disease by now within shouting distance of the nearest town when one considers that Bigfoot has been observed rummaging thru garbage on the edges of suburbia. Then there are the near-misses by automobile, and even some actual strikes. Hundreds of reports tell of the Sasquatch running across a desolate road coming only inches from impact. The ones that are struck remain unfazed, and move on. This begs the question as to why a Bigfoot waits until the very last second to cross a desolate road in an apparent game of humorous hide and seek. Surely an intelligent creature that has eluded capture can wait until a vehicle passes across it's path before moving over to the other side to get to where it is going. Instead the creature appears to take delight in the fact that it can accomplish what humans would consider an impossibility. Perhaps it is a display of their Paranormal abilities which is the more logical explanation.
And then there are the odd reports with paranormal overtones.
There is the other Bigfoot that goes ignored by the Bigfoot community.
It is the Bigfoot that can reach right down inside of your mind and grab hold of your thoughts.
It is the creature that disappears in mid stride seemingly into thin air.
It is the creature that author Thom Powell reports is having it's stranger reports being trashed by the dozens at the BFRO because they do not fit into their agenda that Bigfoot is simply another knuckle dragging ape.
Gigantopithicus was built off of a single tooth, and never walked upright if it even existed at all, yet Gigantopithicus is the poster child of "serious Bigfoot researchers." There are also the hundreds of reports of the Sasquatch being observed in the vicinity of low level unidentified lights, and author Peter Gutilla as well as Bill Vogel,  retired Fire Marshall on the Yakima Indian reservation observed that when you have low level orange orbs primarily, or other type of UFO in the vicinity, there is a direct spike in the number of Bigfoot reports that appear in same said area. In spite of the lack of physical evidence we do have a large amount of peripheral evidence in our arsenal. Why has Bigfoot gone undetected thus far?

Facts:

Hundreds of reports of Bigfoot being shot with little or no effect.

Bigfoot in the vicinity of, exiting and/or entering UFO's.

Telepathic abilities.

Ability to become invisible to the human eye.

An internal glow or self-luminescence emanating from the orbital areas of the eyes.

Reports of a vague or odd luminescence emanating from the creatures body. (Rare-but is on public record)

Able to reach groundspeeds of up to 60 mph as demonstrated in many reports.
