1000 years ago the impossible was possible. Darkness had shape... had form. Evil had a name. There were monsters under the bed.
500 years ago the impossible was improbable. Darkness had shape without form. Evils name was lost. There might be monsters under the bed.
Today the impossible is impossible. Darkness has no shape, no form. There is no evil. There are no monsters under the bed... That's what they tell us.
Where did the darkness go? Was it dispersed by the light of science? Or did it just retreat and hide.
Is evil now only in the hearts of men? Or have we just forgot evils true name and form. Have we killed all the monsters under the bed?
A veil has covered our eyes over the ages. Darkness moves among us and we no longer see. We made ourselves blind to it. We believe that there is nothing under the bed so we can feel safe at night. We believe there is nothing in the shadow so we can be self assured were alone.
What if that veil was removed? What if you could see the monsters as they walk among us?
Entity : Mothman
Height : 6 - 7 feet tall
Characteristics : Human in form and stature, except for bat like wings attached to the bottoms of it's arms.Bio-Luminescent eyes and telepathic ability.

Location : Point Pleasant West Virginia although the creature has been seen around the world preceding a disaster.
Synopsis : During the mid-1960's, a creature known as Mothman terrorized people in the Ohio River Valley in West Virginia. Witnesses described it as being larger than a man, gray or black in color, with a ten foot wingspan. Its red, glowing eyes gave off an aura of terror to those who saw it. Point Pleasant West Va. was inundated with paranormal phenomenon prior to the collapse of the silver bridge after which all activity abruptly ceased.

Synopsis : Seventeen year old Christopher Davis was traveling on his way home from working the late shift at a local McDonald’s. As he drove along the outskirts of town, along the border of Scape Ore Swamp, his tire blew out. It was already approaching two a.m., and the exhausted teenager simply wanted to go home and get to bed.
Suddenly the quiet stillness of the darkened back road was shattered when Chris heard a loud thump in a bean field across the street from his disabled car. What happened next incited a panic which would last for three straight months. Davis described his experience this way to the AP wire services a few days later:
“I looked back and saw something running across the field towards me. It was about 25 yards away and I saw red eyes glowing. I ran into the car and as I locked it, the thing grabbed the door handle. I could see him from the neck down – the three big fingers, long black nails and green rough skin. It was strong and angry. I looked in my mirror and saw a blur of green running. I could see his toes and then he jumped on the roof of my car. I thought I heard a grunt and then I could see his fingers through the front windshield, where they curled around on the roof. I sped up and swerved to shake the creature off.”

Synopsis : The creature's name originated with the discovery of some dead goats in Puerto Rico with puncture wounds in their necks and their blood allegedly drained.

Height : 3 - 4 feet tall
Characteristics : Three feet to three and one half high with a collie like head and horse like face. Long neck, wings two feet long, and back legs like those of a crane, with horse like hooves. Known to walk on it's back legs and hold up two short front legs that contain paws.

Synopsis : The Jersey Devil, the supposed mythical creature of the New Jersey Pinelands, has haunted New Jersey and the surrounding areas for the past 260 years. This entity has been seen by over 2,000 witnesses over this period. It has terrorized towns and caused factories and schools to close down.
Entity : Loveland Ohio Frog
Height : 3 to 4 feet tall
Characteristics : 3 to 4 feet tall with leathery green skin and a head like that of a lizard or a frog.

Synopsis : In May 1955 a man driving home at 3:30 a.m. witnessed an unbelievable sight In Loveland, Ohio, northeast of Cincinnati. He clamed to have watched three bipedal, reptilian, frog-like creatures standing by the side of the road.
He pulled over and watched them from his car for about three minutes. One of the bizarre beings carried a 'bar' or 'wand' above its head and sparks could be seen shooting out of the device. Soon after his sighting, the driver notified the Loveland police but no further evidence of the creatures could be found.
Almost 20 years later in March of 1972, a Loveland police officer was driving down Riverside Road at 1:00 a.m. Up ahead of him he saw an animal on the side of the road which he thought was a dog. The cruiser's headlights fell on the animal. It rose upright from the crouching position which it was in, showing itself to be about 3 to 4 feet tall with leathery green skin and a head like that of a lizard or a frog.
The creature looked at the officer momentarily before jumping over the guard rail and down into the Little Miami River below. The officer returned to the scene a few hours later and found scrape marks on the bank indicating that something had indeed slid down from the road and into the river.
Two weeks later another policeman reported a very similar incident. Driving down the same road on duty, he saw an animal lying in the middle of the pavement which he thought was either dead or dying most likely due to having been hit by a car not long before.
He got out of the vehicle to clear the animal off to the roadside, when suddenly it jumped up. The officer saw that it was not any animal that he was familiar with but a strange and unearthly frog-like creature. It began limping due to its injuries and headed over the guard rail towards the river. The officer took a shot at it but apparently missed it. A farmer in Loveland also claimed to have seen a frog-like creature in March of 1972. Although the officers never filed a report on the strange creatures, word leaked to the press and the story of the Loveland Frog has spread far and wide ever since. Due to the credibility of the sources in regards to these isolated incidents, these accounts can not be easily dismissed.
